If you are committed and highly motivated with an ability to work in a demanding and fast paced, democratic organisation, then this role could be the one for you.
You will work within the Help & Support team and be one of the first points of contact for students, staff and colleagues. You will provide information and general help, as well as promoting our health and wellbeing activities within the foyer space at LUU and online. You will need to be confident and comfortable in approaching customers to offer help and support through our roaming service, as well as being desk based.
The Help & Support team work together to ensure students love their time at Leeds by providing the right help, advice and support so that we make life better for everybody. This is an interesting and challenging role, where you will learn a wide variety of skills and gain invaluable experience. If you are hoping to work one day in management, the health or social care sector, the leisure and tourism industry, or if you’re just looking for a part-time job that makes a difference, this could be a perfect job for you.
