If you are committed and highly motivated with an ability to work in a demanding and fast paced, democratic organisation, then this role could be the one for you.
This is a new role within our Help and Support Service. You will be dealing with a broad range of email and telephone enquiries to the service which could include anything from general information to challenging personal circumstances. You will also be providing key administrative support within the service to your colleagues, including on a wide range of project work.
You must be able to work as part of a team, as well as confidently working alone, and offer a high quality service in all your interactions. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and being able to manage and prioritise varying work demands.

As a student’s union we are closed over the Christmas holiday period and on bank holidays so we have the best hours in the business!
