Our Events Team work together to create a diverse and eclectic range of events ensuring that we contribute positively to the student experience and create a union to be proud of. We require an excellent administrator to help support the team, our clients, students and customers.
Your role would include dealing with customer enquiries, helping to manage the venue diary, providing ticket figures for our clients and supporting our social media and website communications.
We need a highly motivated individual who has experience of administration in a busy environment and is looking for the next step in their career. You will be highly organised, an excellent communicator and a team player.
LUU offers great development opportunities through training, job shadowing and wider organisational involvement in key projects and initiatives.
As a student’s union we are closed over the Christmas holiday period and on bank holidays so we have the best hours in the business!
We have great internal training opportunities and we are looking for someone who has a real passion for helping us make sure every student loves their time at Leeds.
We offer 26 days’ holiday (plus generous statutory and customary closure days) and a pension scheme.
