We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for market research and insight to support all LUU’s outlets and services, ranging from our bars and venues to our societies and, help and support services. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate joining a high-performing marketing team within one of the nation’s leading students’ unions.
The Data & Insight Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring LUU is data and insight driven, highlighting, and then filling any data gaps ensuring LUU is delivering what students want and need. You will be proactive and be able to manage your own time working to tight deadlines and juggling different research projects.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills with a positive attitude and a key strength will be your ability to deliver data and research findings in an interesting and engaging way. Through close working relationships and wider knowledge of LUU and Student Unions, you will influence the approach of other teams with your knowledge and insight.

Staff get 26 holidays a year and a further 14.5 days off when the university is closed for Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas periods (which includes an extra day after the Easter and August bank holidays).
The role is based on the University of Leeds campus (Leeds City Centre) but will be largely remote with occasional days on campus until September 2021.
Note: we are currently midway through a project including consulting with staff to establish what the working arrangements (office/remote/flexible etc.) will be beyond September.
