Leeds University Union is a charity that helps over 38,000 students love their time at Leeds. Our award winning student bars and venues operate over seven days a week and our food outlets cater to a wide variety of tastes and diets. Whilst shifts are varied throughout the week, including days, evenings and weekends, you do benefit from having bank holidays off with us – yes, even Christmas and New Year!

We have kitchens in both the Terrace Bar and Old Bar serving homemade quality food from local produce. The vacancy provides a unique opportunity for a current Sous Chef or an experienced Commis Chef to support our Head Chefs in a unique kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be developing the food offering within the outlets, whilst leading, coaching and developing a team of enthusiastic student staff.
