This is a great time to be joining our Help and Support Service, to be part of motivating and empowering our new team to deliver a high quality frontline service to our students.
You must be able to work as part of a team and have a passion for delivering a customer focused service on a broad range of queries, from directions, bookings to general advice. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to manage and prioritise varying work demands.
There will also be great opportunities to get involved in a range of creative and dynamic projects within our Strategic Plan.
