You must be able to work as part of a team and have a passion for delivering a customer focused service on a broad range of queries from directions, bookings to general advice queries. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to manage and prioritise varying work demands.
There will also be great opportunities to be involved in a range of creative and dynamic projects within our Strategic Plan.
