We are looking for a Cleaning and Environmental Manager here at LUU. If successful, you will join a dedicated team who work closely with all other teams in LUU. We are the foundation to great service, safety and standards in the building.

Our focus is on our students to ensure they “Love Their Time at Leeds” and, as Cleaning and Environmental Manager, you will play an integral part in delivering a first class service for our members.

The successful candidate will be someone who is able to demonstrate an enterprising approach to the challenges of the role and go the extra mile to make sure the service to wider teams and the students is the best it can be. Safety compliance is a large part of the role, so you should be disciplined when it comes to keeping our staff and members safe. A working knowledge of full building operations will be helpful as you would be an integral part of a wider facilities team; it is, however, crucial that you have hands on experience in cleaning and waste management.

In your application, please explain how you meet the person specification and what you can bring to the team here at LUU.

We offer 26 days’ holiday (plus generous statutory and customary closure days) and a pension scheme.

Closing date:  9am Wednesday 25 September 2019
Interviews:  Monday 7 October 2019
