What's it about?
The Health & Wellbeing Project aims to deliver campus outreach activities that engage students in proactively looking after their health and wellbeing.
Our team of Ambassadors are working closely with Student Support and Academic Reps to offer the initiatives that students want – from monthly wellbeing meetups to self-defence classes and stress management workshops.
Alongside our events, we deliver plenty of health and wellbeing content for our students to access at a time that suits them. Check out our podcast (external site) and blog posts on our Medium account (external site) for tips and tricks to be your happiest, healthiest self.
