Leeds Students for Women International is a society affiliated with the charity organisation, Women for Women International.
Women for Women International provides women in post-conflict countries with the tools and resources to move from crisis and poverty to stability and self-sufficiency, thereby promoting viable civil societies.The desire to help build better societies by helping women improve their lives and that of their families is what inspired the creation of our society.As a society, we work on long-term campaigns supporting women's rights and advocate lasting social and political change. We do this through campaigns, events and our wonderful cookbook, 'Giving'.
If you are passionate about international women's issues, this is the society for you!

'Giving' - inspiring student cooking
"'Giving', a cookbook bringing inspiring recipes from 8 countries around the world to the student's kitchen.
It's full of wholesome, varied and interesting meals, and features Ruby Tandoh from Great British Bake Off, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage and James Ramsden of The Supper Club as well as our fantastic food bloggers and contributors. This is a cookbook with a difference, which makes a difference! All proceeds are going to Women for Women International, a fantastic charity who provide holistic support to women in post-conflict communities and countries."

To ORDER 'Giving':
In order to pay, you will need to create a 'Guest Login' (creating a new account), on the right of the page (or sign in using your Student Login) and then click on the 'SHOP' tab at the top of the page, and pick one of the 4 options:
1. £5, concession price, collection from university
2. £7.50, concession price, delivery to your home address (UK only)
3. £7, full price, collection from university
4. £9.50, full price, delivery to your home address (UK only)
Delivery is priced at £2.50 per copy, if you are ordering more than one please pay once for delivery per 2 copies of the cookbook you buy! As we are mostly third years and currently writing our dissertations, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. For international postage costs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org - we are working on more delivery options at the moment. £3.50 of the cookbook goes to Women for Women International and £1.50 to our 're-print the cookbook fund' so that if we reach our 500 limit, we can reprint them!
