Introduction to Karate

A basic introduction to the principles of Karate. We'll go over moves and formations and the discipline involved with practicing a martial art.

The students must wear loose gym clothing (jogging bottoms) and must be barefoot for the session.

The Give It A Go programme of taster sessions runs throughout the year. Anyone can get involved and there is no obligation to join any society after the event.
