The Medieval Society is a community of medievalists seeking to engage creatively with the Middle Ages!
We regularly hold events such as film screenings, game nights, and workshops, as well as organising talks and day-trips to nearby medieval sites. We also organise a multi-day end of the year trip, which offers members the chance to investigate medieval sites further afield. Our goal is to create a fun and inclusive space for exploring all aspects of the medieval world, as well as more modern “medievalisms”!

Membership costs £5, which goes towards subsidising the cost of trips and catering various events. Membership is open to all members of the University community!
