Out of term opening hours
During the Out of Term Summer Period, some LUU outlets will operate on reduced opening hours.
Check out the summer opening hours of all our outlets below so you can arrange your plans accordingly. You can also find their usual opening hours through each of their links.
Bars
Terrace will be closed Saturday 8 July.
29 June, 30 June, 6 July, 7 July, 14 July, Terrace will be open 11am – 10pm
2-5 July, Terrace will close at 2am.
11-13 July, Terrace will close at 1am.
From Monday 17 July, Terrace will be open from 9am to 10pm and closed on Sundays as usual.
Old Bar is closed Sunday 9 July.
Old Bar is closed Saturday 15 July.
Old Bar is closed Sunday 16 July.
Old Bar is closed Sunday 23 July.
Old Bar is closed Sunday 30 July.
Old Bar will open 11am-10pm from 26 -30 June and 6 July – 28 July.
On Saturdays 24 June and 1 July, Old Bar will open 12pm-12am.
On Saturdays from 8 July, Old Bar will open 12pm-10pm.
Balcony will be closed for the rest of the academic term.
Cafes
Common Ground will be open 8am-5pm from 7 July.
Scream will open from 8am-5pm from 17 June.
Retail
Co-op will be operating reduced hours throughout the Summer Break, please see below:
From 26 June:
- 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
- 10am-7pm Saturday
- CLOSED Sunday
Gear will continue to be open 9am-5pm in the week.
Gear will close Saturday and Sunday.
Union Shop will continue to operate 9am-5pm during the week.
Saturday and Sunday closed.
Help and Support
Help and Support will open 8:30am-5pm on weekdays from 26 June to 21 July.
From 24 July, Help and Support will open 9am-5pm during weekdays.
Help and Support will open 10am-4pm every Saturday from 1 July.
Help and Support will close every Sunday from 2 July.
